(1)
2 HOURS Brand new PSHE / Citizenship lesson best suited to KS4 / KS5 all about why we need shared British Values. The lesson was created after the Northern Ireland riots, to help combat the the worrying anti-immigrant sentiment that students may be seeing on social media. Students will examine what makes British Values important to cohesion and harmony in the UK. Students will investigate what integration means, how migrants successfully integrate and contribute to society, and why people have concerns about immigration. They will also assess how to tell the difference between social media posts which cite genuine concerns about mass immigration and those which promote unrest and identitarianism. Students will complete a wide range of tasks, literacy-based, clip tasks, card sorts, creative tasks and case studies, analysis and clip tasks. Everything is editable and easy to just pick up and use. All information need is included. You can contact us at info@ecpublishing.co.uk Who are EC Resources?
