a color 4 point scale, and
a black and white 4 point scale.

Included in this package of materials are:

posters that outline possible goal behaviours in the different behaviour areas,
peer assessments,
teacher assessments, and
student booklets where students can record their thinking and ideas for each stage of the goal setting process. Different options are provided for the student booklet so you can tailor it to the needs of each student.

All materials are provided in both color and black and white.

Goal setting is an important skill for students to learn. Throughout our daily lives, we strive to improve through the goals we set. In the behaviour area, students can learn about the goal setting process as they strive to meet goals related to social skills, work habits, group skills, and organizational skills. There are seven steps to the goal setting process:

1. Determine the Goal
2. Establish a Baseline
3. Describe Success
4. Focus on the Goal
5. Track Progress
6. Assess Achievement
7. Reflect on Goal
