Knowing how to rehearse

A lesson I have planned today on teaching ensemble skills to Year 9 GCSE groups. Give the strategy cards to students to 'experiment&' with (only one each! They have around 10 minutes in my lesson). Get them to assess and evaluate their ideas, before presenting them back to the class. Class can evaluate students&'; understanding of rehearsal techniques, as well as learning some new information!\n\nNot a musical musical lesson, but very useful to inform homework!
