Maths Builders to revise the national curriculum for key stage 2.
Weekly sheets ensure that children have the required knowledge, skills and vocabulary to tackle the Reasoning and Arithmetic tests. Excellent as lesson starters (tackle a section a day) or as revision lessons in their own right. They are also excellent diagnostic tools: allowing teachers to see exactly where gaps and weaknesses lie.
The structure of the Maths Builders is repeated each week to maximize retention.
All children scoring an average of 65%+ on the Maths Builder sheets reached the expected standard in the end of key stage tests in my school last year. The school exceeded the national averages for children reaching expected and greater depth in maths.
