Pastry Technical Skills Challenge
This resource is using a practical task to help students with section A of the 2015 written exam. I was trying to help weaker students learn key facts and apply relevant and detailed information when answering this section of the paper. The resource includes a power point and a written test paper. After students have completed the practical task I used the plenary to look at all the elements that need to be considered when designing and key points when producing products. Including testing and vocabulary to use when describing and answering questions
