Roman math using and applying number
The children are a part of the Roman Senate. They must create towns from a budget. LA children will create a garden using their knowledge of halving. \nFirst the children will need to create a key after they have worked out how much they can spend on particular items.\nThey will then be able to use large squared paper to insert their symbols onto. \nYou might wish your children to use enlarged pictures to create a colourful Roman Town.
