Students are challenged to decide what factors affect the profits of a chain of restaurants. They are given 4 sets of data. Each set of data requires a scatter graph to be drawn. Students then need to report on their findings and come up with a new business model based on the evidence they have acquired from their graphs. Suitable for bright KS3 or GCSE but could be adapted easily. Works well as a circus activity.
