The Rainbow Fish Culminating Activities
The Rainbow Fish, by Marcus Pfister is a short story about a beautiful fish who finds friendship and happiness when he learns to share.
After reading this story, have the students recap the setting, character, plot and themes.
The students will also have the opportunity to write sentences using some of the vocabulary from the story.

Other fun activities that students will complete are:
-coming up with a new title and cover for the book
-discuss prize possession and draw about their possessions
-an acrostic template, "The Rainbow Fish"
-a template to create a cinquain.

-Alphabetical order sheet
-4 math sheets, add, subtract, multiply, divide
