World Interfaith Harmony Week
First week of February
Suitable for students in Key Stages 4 and 5.
World Interfaith Harmony Week is celebrated annually during the first week of February. It seeks to spread the message of harmony and tolerance among followers of the three monotheistic faiths; Christianity, Islam and Judaism, and all the world’s religions.
Why is interfaith work important and why should we try to understand the religious and spiritual viewpoints of others? Is it worth the struggle to find common ground when everyone else seems to cling to the idea that they possess the one truth about the nature of the Divine?
This age-appropriate, thought-provoking assembly asks students to consider exploring what they don’t know and hopefully arrive at a new understanding of the other.
Comprising of a 30-slide power-point presentation, full script, music accompaniment and a prayer for interfaith harmony, this informative assembly will save you hours of preparation time, simply download and go.
This presentation can be used as an assembly or as part of an interfaith project.

Thank you for this superb resource. It is the second assembly I have bought from you. Fully adaptable, really engageing power point, accurate and interesting assembly script. I just changed the last slide slightly as we do not have the tradition of saying prayers. May add blackeyed peas song to 1st slide as they enter. Msny thanks again...saved me so much time🙏😊
