Learning Portuguese Is Fun! - Bundle

Are you learning Portuguese? Are you looking for a fun way to learn Portuguese? I have developed a way to learn different languages based on my experience as an ESL teacher. This pack has 57 different settings for students to talk about in Portuguese. The worksheets themselves are in English and the students do need to translate the places and objects they see into Portuguese. At the end of the session, the students can play a fun game of word bingo to show they have mastered that day's vocabulary. Try it, it is a lot of fun for everyone!

Learn languages using sign language with LinguaSign

The LinguaSign primary school teaching materials are a series of videos providing a comprehensive introduction to a range of languages. The videos feature talking and signing ‘avatars' which can be used by primary teachers to extend pupils' speaking and listening skills using visual, auditory and kinaesthetic learning. Developed for use at Key Stage 2 (7-11 year olds) and proven effective within the classroom, LinguaSign supports the speaking and listening strands of current language teaching in a range of languages. ‘Native speaking' 3D animations are used within a series of interlinked stories, uniquely using gestures to reinforce language learning, with the added benefit that the teacher does not need to have prior knowledge of the language being taught. LinguaSign is the result of a three year European collaboration led by the University of East Anglia which has resulted in the development of our unique software and range of modern Language teaching materials. The videos are available in four different languages - English, French, Dutch and Portuguese and there are up to four different stories in each language. The videos are available for free. A sample video of the first story in French is provided in this download, however we request that users visit our website to download further videos after filling in a simple webform as we are required to gather information on users so that we can comply with monitoring and assessment of the impact of the work on society. We may only contact you to request feedback of your use of the work and not for any other purpose. http://linguasign.co.uk The Linguasign teaching materials and videos are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
