Spanish: ¿Eres adicto a la tecnología? / Encuesta + tarjetas de conversación!

This resource is great to trigger fun and interesting conversations with your Spanish students at an intermediate to advanced level. It includes questions about how they use technology, in the form of a survey but also as digital and printable cards, in case you'd like to work as a group and have each student pick random questions! It's worked wonderfully with my students, so English version will be coming soon! Included: - Survey (PDF A4) - Zip file containing each question in the form of a conversation card (jpg files) - Printable cards - PDF (A4), 2 pages, 4 cards per page, easy to print and cut out! If you enjoy one of my resources, I'd really appreciate it if you left a review :)

El Roscon de Reyes - Spanish cake recipe

El Roscon de Reyes - Spanish cake recipe

This resource was created to end the topic of food from Listos 2 on a festive note. Students work out the recipe in English by practising translation skills and then bring their version of it for a friendly bake off competition. The ones who can't bake (for various reasons) become judges and give marks on presentation and taste Highly successful lesson which my Y8 classes really enjoy year after year and teach them a little about a Spanish tradition.

GCSE SPANISH - Technology in everyday life - COLOUR MATCH

GCSE SPANISH - Technology in everyday life - COLOUR MATCH

This is a colour match exercise to practise vocabulary from the AQA syllabus. Students find a pair which mean the same, in English and Spanish. They then colour them the same colour. If they run out of colours they could use stripes, spots etc. If you are short on time they could number the boxes instead of colouring them in. The second sheet is for students to fill in the words as they find them and then to use as a vocab list. This is useful for a starter, a cover lesson or a homework

Spanish Decorating Christmas Biscuits Lesson

Spanish Decorating Christmas Biscuits Lesson

This is a lesson I have created in which students have to create a design for icing a Christmas Biscuit. I baked the biscuits myself, although on the first slide is a link to a very simple video of how to make the biscuits, so students could do this as a homework before the lesson. Students have to write about, and describe their design before they are allowed to do it. Follow up activity could be to describe it in the past. You could easily adapt this to the immediate future to make it easier I used the little tubes of premade icing to save time and mess. Please rate/review! :)
