Everything you need to make your own adventure book - easily! These books are great fun to make and read. The children really like the fact that they get to make choices along the way and choose the path their adventure takes. This includes… 1. It might be over 50 years old, but this film truly has something for everyone. It is also very useful to look at what people are really thinking which can feed into their writing. This resource includes 32 activities / points for discussion (including 6 writing activities) for the first 1 hour and 45 minutes of the film. I would not suggest that you use all of them, but choose the ones you like the most. I would also suggest that after the Intermission the children should just watch the last hour or so of the film uninterrupted. I have not included any activities for the last part of the film. The times of relevant scenes are included throughout this resource so you can locate them easily. You could easily use this as a basis of your literacy for a week - perhaps more.
