Using structure strips have been incredibly useful and rewarding for my pupils.
I have been using them to help students to form better quality paragraphs.
This quiz is for GCSE students. it’s aimed to test students on 25 verbs (regular and irregular) in the Present tense in the first person. The activity is timed to 5 minutes. It includes the support of a wordcloud with all the answers to find to support students.
As a post activity, students can scan the QR code to access Steven French website where they will find all 25 verbs from the quiz in 5 tenses in the first person with the English translation.
Hope your students find it useful!
This bitmoji classroom is designed for Y11 students moving into A-level content.
The slide is fully editable and you can change the links to match the cultural topics you will teach at A-level Spanish

This is a handout to provide feedback to your Year 9 and GCSE students on their written work in Spanish.
After marking a piece of writing, I add one of this handouts to my students' work, highlighting an area or two for them to improve. Alternatively, I cut a QR Code and stick it on their work along with my feedback.
Students have to use a QR code reader on their iPads or smartphones to access the content in the QR Codes which will display some grammar information.
In this way feedback is a bit more personalised and interactive.
Hope you can give it a go!

This resource is an adaptation of @teachgeogblog revision clock. In the run-up to the speaking exams I thought of doing a targeted revision for my Y11s on those role play questions they struggle the most.
Students set a timer to 5 minutes (or it can be shorten) in order to answer each section, when the time is up, they move to the next one.
You can ask them work in pairs or individually, with an open book and notes or without. I’ve printed the handouts in A3 paper

This resource is aimed to support you teaching during the school closures of 2020. I used an old powerpoint with the 4 friends story that another teacher upload years ago, sorry I can’t remember the name, but it’s fab, and I asked my lovely son to record the story. I added some questions to differenciate and make it more remote-friendly to your students,
I hope your students like it and thank you again for the teacher who put the story together. If anyone knows whose resource it is please let me know so I can credit them.

This is a remote learning activity for Year 3. It’s a whole lesson on colours. It includes a tutorial, activities from Twinkl. Thank you so much to Twinkl for supporting the schools during the school closures in 2020 and thank you to Monde des petits for the amazing video. Some of the hardest things to cover in a remote language lesson in speaking and listening, so this beautiful video does what I can’t do face-to-face with my pupils.
