In this massive resource pack, you will find: Lesson plans, differentiated worksheets (LA, MA, HA plus a challenge sheet for deeper understanding/mastery), answer sheets for all activities, interactive PowerPoints, support materials and flipcharts for whole class teaching (in ActivInspire, PowerPoint and PDF format). This pack will save you hours and hours of planning, resourcing, differentiating, finding challenging activities and generating flipcharts all for an amazing price. In addition, worksheets are uploaded in both PDF and Word.
Day 1 introduces the children to ordinal numbers in a fun and engaging way. Mr Whirligig and his friends in a queue.
Day 2 uses grid references to describe position. Find Mr Whirligig and his friends (game) and use grid references to find items.
Day 3 gets the children compass directions to describe…well direction. Mr Whirligig and his friends are lost in the woods!
Day 4 focusses on right-angle turns clockwise and anti-clockwise. Help Mr Whirligig find his lost items.
Day 5 involves writing instructions, including turns, to guide Mr Whirligig to one of his friends’ houses.

Worksheet Generators - Bundle

This is the complete set of my bingo games for phonics phases 2-5 with over 100 spreadsheets included for each of the phase 2-5 phonemes. Make teaching and learning phonics lots of fun with these bingo games!

This is a collection of mental maths papers/tests for Year 1. The spreadsheet includes four sheets differentiated four ways (LA, MA, HA and Challenge) and includes answer sheets. What makes these different to other published mental maths material, is that each sheet can be randomised by simply pushing F9 on your keyboard, so there are almost an unlimited combination of questions for each paper. This means they can be used as often as you like with very little repetition. Use them daily, weekly, termly or as you wish. Use them for early bird, homework or to regularly assess the children's mental computation. Also included on the sheet is a record sheet if you wish to track pupil progress - simply fill in the names and record the results in the grid (scores will be colour coded for easy analysis). The previews represent just a fraction of the sheets that can be produced!
Objectives covered:
Count to and across 100, forwards and backwards, beginning with 0 or 1, or from any given number
Count, read and write numbers to 100 in numerals; count in multiples of 2s, 5s and 10s
Given a number, identify 1 more and 1 less

Represent and use number bonds and related subtraction facts within 20
Add and subtract one-digit and two-digit numbers to 20, including 0
Solve one-step problems that involve addition and subtraction, using concrete objects and pictorial representations, and missing number problems such as 7 = ? − 9
Solve one-step problems involving multiplication and division, by calculating the answer using concrete objects, pictorial representations and arrays with the support of the teacher
Recognise, find and name a half as 1 of 2 equal parts of an object, shape or quantity
Recognise, find and name a quarter as 1 of 4 equal parts of an object, shape or quantity
Recognise and use language relating to dates, including days of the week, weeks, months and years

Objectives covered:
Multiply multi-digit numbers up to 4 digits by a two-digit whole number using the formal written method of long multiplication
Divide numbers up to 4 digits by a two-digit whole number using the formal written method of long division, and interpret remainders as whole number remainders, fractions, or by rounding, as appropriate for the context
Divide numbers up to 4 digits by a two-digit number using the formal written method of short division where appropriate, interpreting remainders according to the context
Perform mental calculations, including with mixed operations and large numbers
Identify common factors, common multiples and prime numbers
Use their knowledge of the order of operations to carry out calculations involving the 4 operations
Solve addition and subtraction multi-step problems in contexts, deciding which operations and methods to use and why
Solve problems involving addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Use estimation to check answers to calculations and determine, in the context of a problem, an appropriate degree of accuracy

This is the Year 5 and 6 Bundle of Maths Mastery for ALL Year 5 and 6 maths objectives.
For each objective there are at least 3 activities/tasks along with answers. The documents are set up so that you can quickly jump to the objective you are covering and then simply print the appropriate pages.
