Earth Day in Spanish 2 Booklets - Dia de la Tierra - Students first read and cut out the booklet that contains text and images. They then sketch and create their own version using the text only template. Each booklet contains 8 pages: the title page with 7 additional pages containing common Spanish words associated with Earth Day such as pollution, nature and water. Also included are suggestions for using the booklets and an assembly instruction page. The illustration version can be projected in class to present, review and practice pronunciation of the vocabulary. Spanish Imperfect Tense Verbs Human Bingo Game Speaking Activity - Each student mingles with a bingo grid and must find different classmates that can reply yes to each of the 16 boxes. Each grid contains the question "Cuando eras nino/a" plus an activity in the imperfect. When a student replies yes to a question, the questioning student follows up by asking in Spanish for the student's signature. The goal is to be the first student to fill the entire bingo grid. Also included is a follow up worksheet that requires students to: 1. Write a sentence for each of the 16 boxes in the grid. Spanish regular and irregular preterit verbs are used as well as several phrases that students have fun saying like "how disgusting" and "how gross." Spanish Sports Matching Squares Puzzle - 25 Sports - Students assemble a 4 x 4 bilingual Spanish/English vocabulary puzzle with common sports.
