300 generic activities. Create lessons in seconds!

Create lessons in seconds with this HUGE PowerPoint of animated lesson activities. There are HUNDREDS of templates that you can over-type in seconds to create engaging lesson material. Highly praised by John Simpkin of Spartacus Educational and Mark Warner of Teaching Ideas. I am very confident you will like this. If you do, please click on my profile to see my other popular resources. Thanks (This file also has a bank of PowerPoint timers - it's the most useful planning tool ever!) The size of the file should show you how much stuff there is! Without sounding overly confident - it's the best resource out there! Many thanks Copyright T.Taylor NOTE: Following its success in the summer sale, I have decided to keep the sale price - so grab a bargain! Used to be £5. Many thanks.

Playscripts - Shrek - Boys Writing - Converting narrative into a play-script.

Playscripts - Shrek - Boys Writing - Converting narrative into a play-script.

UPDATED JANUARY 2018 This resources involve following a short section of the film Shrek and its script that I have typed out. Children then go on to write a short section of the script by converting a piece of text into a playscript. Children have loved this lesson and it always provides some funny voices too from the class. A great way to get boys interested in writing. Gained 'outstanding' in a Literacy lesson in November for a year 4 class. Ideal for a year 3/4 class and can be differentiated accordingly. Includes - Required video clips to fit the lesson plan and text - Lesson plan - Required worksheets - Required script sections -Features of playscripts

HOW TO RESEARCH

HOW TO RESEARCH

Given to KS4 at the start of Y10 to test skills and knowledge. Tasks such as describing an object to build their questioning skills. Detailed research skills to build on their inquisitiveness and knowledge building. Using 'Where's Wally' and 'Nemo' simplified what could have been complex and helped with differentiation. Tasks are set up to push the students to apply the principles and marking of it is useful to plan future lessons and give the students personalised targets. I have used it in 2 double lessons.
