TH Unvoiced (/θ/) Articulation Cards

TH Unvoiced (/θ/) Articulation Cards

3 sets of UK English picture cards containing initial, medial and final TH Unvoiced (/θ/) words for use in Speech Therapy. Unlike many similar sets and word lists available these cards use UK English words, supporting vocabulary development and proving useful for children with Word Finding as well as Articulation difficulties. The words vary in length allowing for differentiation depending on the level of individual children's mastery of the sound. Each picture card uses a photo to clearly demonstrate the word's meaning, requiring as little interpretation as possible to encourage the child to be able to access them as independently as possible. They can be used as flash cards, as word lists to send home as homework, or for games such as word fishing. The pack contains * 16 red bordered initial TH Unvoiced (/θ/) word picture cards and 2 initial TH Unvoiced (/θ/) word cards *11 green bordered medial TH Unvoiced (/θ/) word picture cards *9 blue bordered final TH Unvoiced (/θ/) word picture cards

Maori Language Days Months and Seasons PowerPoint 5 in a Row Game New Zealand Te Reo

Maori Language Days Months and Seasons PowerPoint 5 in a Row Game New Zealand Te Reo

Students build Maori Language Fluency, identifying Maori days months and seasons, with this no fuss 5 in a Row PowerPoint game. Students convert the Maori word to English on their playing board. This game is self running either individually, as a group, or as a whole class. Either way, students find it entertaining, engaging and fun and is ideal for Maori Language week as well as all year round. I have included 2 versions of the game with this download. One, a beginner game with the answers appearing after 5 seconds and two, an advanced game that the students need to translate the Maori language independently or in small groups. The games can run on computers, whiteboards or projectors. All that is required is that you print, cut and laminate the Playing Boards and press shuffle and then start on the PowerPoint Show. There are 30 different Playing Boards for your students to choose from and with the shuffling ability of the game, every game is different so that your students do not get bored of it. This game is self timed with a 10 second interval between the questions giving the students enough time to mark off or put a counter on their Playing Board.
