I put this document together to help classes who were getting confused between the letters used within a formulae and letters used to denote units. I’ll be using it as a reference for yr9 who will complete their own tables as we move through the course (so as not to freak them out unnecessarily). Yr 10 and 11 will be given the list in its entirety so as to save time. Feel free to edit, change or comment to suit your own needs.
