Enter the numbers 1-4 so they each appear once in each row and column of the grid. There are inequality signs in the grid too, which need to be followed. One worksheet with 8 puzzles, aimed at getting students used to the inequality signs and developing their problem solving skills.
I thought this was a new idea - it turns out this is called Futoshiki (roughly translating to “more or less”) if you want more.
