Have you ever wondered why certain industries can have a range of products that seemingly sell the same goods and services but at different expectation levels? This lesson allows students to use their imagination to redesign luxury hotels and seaside Bed and Breakfasts. With the aid of two clips, students will be transported into the world of hoteliers. The aim is for students to come up with a range of goods and services that would make their imaginary business more appealing to the customer.
