Frayer’s model is quite well known. What I like about it is the way it makes students think about non-examples!
Here I have adapted it further by simplifying the language. I have also added colour scheme to it in order to make it more appealing to the art loving students. You can change the colour code or ask the students to decide their own colour scheme.
