A ppt based on the blue metro textbook. The last writing activities were taken from another member of TES community (thanks a lot!). It contains a battleship game and other games taken from the www.classtools.net website which I highly recommend for those of you who would not know it already :)

This is an effective sequence of scaffolded learning resources to help Y7/8 pupils build from the simple phrases up to longer sentences with time markers and joining words. Thanks for sharing the link too - Battleships certainly looks lovely so will check out the site.
