★★ Note: When I give my students this activity, I split them up into heterogeneous groups and give each group a a perspective. It is my recommendation that you do not give the groups both worksheets for each perspective (you will see the worksheets). Give the Federalist groups their worksheet, and the Anti-federalist groups their worksheet only.

Differentiation: graphic organizer, research, cooperative (may work with a partner according to teacher's discretion for questions)
