Satellite TV Marketing Scenario Set: Simulate Phone Sales and Training
Looking to simulate a real phone sales situation with your students?

I designed the materials in this set a number of years ago when I was working as a phone sales trainer selling Dish Network Satellite TV. The sales training was created for new employees who had little to no sales training. They needed to learn about our product and also needed to learn some key selling strategies.

This Set will allow you to simulate training for a new sales job. Students will need to learn about a product, prices, call scripts and how to make a sale.

There is a packet that take students through various sales questions that require them to think about closing percentages, average sales, attitude of a successful sales person and other basic information for new sales people. They will also discuss a handout of major objections they may consider when making a sales call and consider how to overcome these objections.

Follow up your simulation with an After Training review sheet where you can make comments about student performance from an employer view point, or assign a student to serve as a supervisor!

The Phone Tactics Assessment is how you can evaluate students after a mock phone call.

There is also a sample of an actual employee review sheet. This could be used at the end of the scenario as a wrap up activity.
