This resource is aimed at bringing awareness of Mental Health for KS3,KS4 and for F.E and H.E Students.

There is a supplementary work book that is used for recording activities during the session.

Included in this are useful contact details for when students need to reach out for advice and guidance on any mental health issues they may br experiencing.

There are also resources for a happier you which students can use to encourage good mental health practices. There is also a daily reflective journal to promote happiness, gratitude, self-confidence and mental health wellbeing.
