Here are a couple of self/peer assessments; one for the children’s books and one for display. The idea is that the children write the date at the top of a new column and then either they or a peer shade in green, red, yellow (traffic lights) based on whether they have achieved it in their piece of work. The idea is that the children know what they have to work on if they get reds or yellows! The display resource is just basically an enlarged version.
