This resource is the perfect resource for a term long block of skipping in PE lessons. It contains clear explanations on how to master a number of increasingly complex individual, partner and team skipping challenges. It explains how a child or group of children can learn how to do these skips, tells you where to source quality jump ropes, provides links to websites where you can source great video demonstration clips and also provides you with a useful individual pupil record sheet - where children can record their progress and teachers can keep a record of school skipping records. This resource is linked to the 'skipping workshops' skipping challenges and their website is a great starting point for skipping demonstrations.
