Various MFL policy documents

Various MFL policy documents

Here are a selection of policy documents I’ve found when researching for my TtT work. Some from ELL forum and some from NACELL I believe! Top one if MFL policy guidance, the second a MFL policy template then the rest are 5 examples of policy documents.

SNAKES AND LADDERS

SNAKES AND LADDERS

laminate and use in pairs. pupils work in pairs with 1 dice between 2 and 1 counter each in different colours. first pupil throws dice- if for example they throw a 2 they would say for example la bouche, le nez etc. depending on what the picture is on picture 2.. or j’ai mal au nez or j’ai mal a la bouche etc. you could differentiate it according to the level of your students…. the counter would then stay on that picture. The next pupill would throw the dice and do the same thing thing. If you are on number 2 and throw a 3 for example you would move forward to square number 5 etc. If you throw the dice and land on the bottom of the ladder you go up and if you land on a square with a snake you go down to the bottom. I f you don’t know how to play I can guarantee your pupils will!! First one to reach the end wins.. EASY!!!

Spanish/French Speaking: Parts of the Body/Illness

Spanish/French Speaking: Parts of the Body/Illness

Paired Speaking activity to practise Parts of the Body and Illness. I’ve uploaded a Spanish and a French version, but they could be adapted for other languages. In pairs, pupil A has one sheet and pupil B has the other. Without showing each other their sheets, they take turns to say me duele(n)/j’ai mal + one of the body parts marked on their pirate. The other pupil has to mark that body part in the correct place on their unlabelled picture. My Y8s loved this.
