This easy to use worksheet is the perfect start to a lesson to discuss La Pascua. It can be used as a starter or plenary to open a discussion about Spain´s traditions for Semana Santa. Students must find different words relating to La Pascua in the word search looking for them across, vertically, horizontally and diagonally. Some letters may be used twice to suit two words, so please let your students know that if that’s the case. It shouldn’t take students more than 10 minutes to complete and if you’d like to expand the activity you could always explain why these words are specific to La Pascua. For example the meaning of los huevos pintados or an explanation of the religious side of things that Spanish people consider important regarding this holiday.
