The Board of Tes Global are pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Simpson as CFO. Paul joined the business on Tuesday 8 May, immediately taking over responsibilities from Nathan Runnicles.
The Board are delighted to welcome an executive with Paul’s depth of experience. During his tenure as CFO of KCOM Group plc he demonstrated strength in all areas of the CFO remit. He also brings with him from the telecoms sector useful expertise in recurring revenue models. Paul will be based at our office in Sheffield, splitting his time between there and London. He will play a key role as our senior leader for the new Sheffield operation.
Nathan will depart on Friday 18 May following a handover process. The board would like to thank Nathan for his work for the company in the years since he joined.
