The document has been created to help senior leadership teams audit their practice against the OFSTED Inspection State-funded School Inspection Toolkit.
It includes every bullet point from the document in tabulated format for senior leadership teams to identify the sources of evidence they require, the practice they already implement, and any further next steps they may wish to adopt.
Completing this audit will enable senior leaders to directly inform the school improvement / action plan.
Under the new framework, many schools are reporting that OFSTED are being extensively forensic with the toolkit, therefore, this document can also be used to support inspection lines of enquiry.
