This resource explicitly looks at the numbers from 1-10 in Japanese. It is primarily geared towards Key Stage 1 students (Years 1 and 2 in the Mainland UK, P1 -P3 in Northern Ireland), but it can be used for Key Stage 2 students (Years 3-6 in the Mainland UK, P4 - P7 in Northern Ireland) as well who are becoming acquainted with Japanese for the very first time. This resource explores at the stroke order of the written script and there are pages if colouring and Japanese arithmetic which greatly reinforces the learning of previous numbers!
