What are the names of the five senses? Which part of the body is associated with each sense? There are 3 FREE worksheets to be used with this video learning activity (in the unit Animals, including Humans).
This is also a great resource for ESL students learning English.

How to get the best out of this resource

  1. Listen/watch the song video which contains stunning, helpful images. Key words/phrases are also included in the video itself.

  2. Discuss/ask questions about the video pausing during a second play etc

  3. Use the worksheets in order. Most students should be able to tackle the first sheet with guidance. The second and third sheets may need more teacher input and indeed may be used purely as a stimulus for discussion in class.

Hopefully, by listening to the song several times, the young learners will grow to like the song and pick up more key vocabulary in the process.

It is hoped that BrainySongs will stimulate a general curiosity in the subject and a love of Science and Music at the same time.

If you enjoy this completely free resource, kindly give it a review – hope that makes sense :-) thanks!
