Junior Italian Quiz - numbers, descriptions, saying your age, plurals and definite articles

Junior Italian Quiz - numbers, descriptions, saying your age, plurals and definite articles

This PowerPoint presentation can be used as a diagnostic assessment, a class activity, formative assessment or just a fun quiz for beginning Italian learners to have a go at. It is suited to junior Italian classes or general beginners who have some knowledge of numbers, descriptions, saying your age, plurals and definite articles. It is best to display this PowerPoint presentation on the whiteboard and have the students number their page 1-10 with space to write each answer in. After the quiz is complete, students can swap their answer pages and correct eachother's work. Alternatively you could run this activity as a fun group trivia task. You could collate the students' results as a record if using it for diagnostic (seeing what they already know), formative (seeing what they've learnt so far) or summative assessment (end of unit test) purposes.
