Here is a PowerPoint I have made for Durham City and District Scout's Christingle. I&'m uploading it here as you might like to borrow parts of it for an assembly (there are lyrics in place for Away in a Manger, The Christingle Song, Shine Jesus Shine, Once in Royal David&';s City and Show me the way to shine for Jesus. I have left the video from the Children's Society in place but have had to remove Bethlehem Rhapsody for space reasons (I&'ve included a YouTube link).
The Powerpoint Presentation is based on information about Christingle from The Children's Society Website. (Thank you!) Images have been taken from google images. The last slide provides instructions for making a Christingle which the children followed in small groups. The word document could be stuck into work books as evidence of the lesson taking place, accompanied where possible with photographs of the groups making their Christingle.
This is the NEW 2012 EYFS in 5 pages, it only covers the points you would 'observe'.
from 16-26m up to 40-60 months, this covers the common four age groups found in the FS.
The points in bold in the 40-60months bracket are the early learning goals.
Hope it helps, please leave me feedback :-)
This lesson explores what is meant by the term 'near death experience' and looks at the phenomenon through the experience of Carl Jung. It also engages in some of the proposed scientific explanations for the phenomena and and urges students to reflect on and critique the idea of out of body/near death experiences. <br />
