When I was the D.T coordinator for a previous school, staff found it hard not to create art lessons instead of D.T and found it equally tricky to find planning to follow that didn’t cost a fortune. I created full medium term plans for the school to follow, that weren’t longer than 2 pages and followed the same structure.
Here is the plan and some additional pictures to go with it, all about creating a new tea. This is particularly useful for UKS2 although it would be easy to adapt for LKS2.
