These are the documents (General Risk Assessment and Individual Risk Assessments) I've used for my French residential trip (Yr 8, 6 days in France). This package is quite comprehensive and has been developed and regularly reviewed over the past 8 years. I know it's not easy to get started. Hopefully this will give you some ideas on what the risks are / who is at risk / what control measures need to be put in place / and if the risk is still high what additional measures you need to think of.
The documents are:
Individual RAs for specific conditions (diabetes, nut allergy, epilepsy, glandular fever, PKU, migraines)
