Simplifying Radicals Valentines Riddle

Students practice simplifying radicals. First version requires factoring out squares and in version 2 students simplify radicals with variables. Version 3 includes variables and coefficients to the radicals. They find the answer and reveal the answer to a riddle about Valentine’s Day in this activity.

There are three different worksheets, use as classwork, homework. Also makes a great sub plan.
