      3 Minute breathing space

      3 Minute breathing space

This short mindfulness recording is for staff and students that would benefit from regular breaks in the day to help them to sit and just reset themselves before moving on. This recording is longer than 3 minutes, but once you have mastered the routine then 3 minutes should be the maximum. Try in the car before you step into the car park, help students to download onto phone and encourage to listen at break time.
