Simple questions and answers in French, with running dictation text/activity

Simple questions and answers in French, with running dictation text/activity

Encourages children to practise saying/writing sentences about themselves. Could be used as a revision topic (name, age, where i live) etc. The dictation text has all of the useful vocabulary - children will write this down (racing against each other to do so). They must try to understand it and to find the vocabulary they need. Then practise asking and answering simple questions (and answering in full sentences).

Bangladeshi factory fire reading comprehension

Bangladeshi factory fire reading comprehension

An authentic resource - an article from 1jour1actu.fr about the collapse of a clothes factory in Bangladesh with comprehension activities to help students to understand the article. I find that students are always really proud of themselves when told that the article has come from a real French newspaper! I don't tell them it's a newspaper for kids!

New AS/A level French practice papers

New AS/A level French practice papers

I created four practice questions that you could use both as reading or listening for revisions with your classes. Of course this has not been certified by ofqual or any exam board but I tried to make questions similar to Edexcel papers.
