The following printable display signs were created as a visual aid showcasing the health and skill related components of physical fitness. Each individual fitness component sign has been uniquely created with vibrant colors and attractive text. There are 11 total signs- 5 Health Related (Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Muscular endurance, and Body Composition) and 6 skill-related (Agility, Speed, Reaction time, Coordination, Power and Balance). The signs provide definitions and sporting examples of each fitness component and include exciting graphics that grab the students’ attention. The signs can be displayed in key areas of your gym to be highlighted during instruction. They can be used to reinforce the fitness-related concepts you cover during your class. IT’S TIME TO GET A “MOVE” ON!!! Inside this PACKAGE are 4 FREE “Quick Mover” Activities and 5 FREE PE Games which includes complete lesson plans and diagrams for each activity. The Quick Movers and PE Games package is designed for PE or classroom teachers to use with their students and can accommodate a wide range of ages, for children from grades Kindergarten through 8th. Many of the activities are ideal for large or medium sized groups, outside on a field or blacktop or inside a gym or other play area. The PE Lacrosse Stations are 20 fun filled, “LAX to the MAX” lacrosse-themed station signs/cards that you can use in your school gymnasium , outdoor field or could be modified to be performed in a smaller space such as a large classroom or empty cafeteria. Each station card provides a lacrosse-related skill (i.e. cradling, passing, scooping, shooting, etc.) and includes a brief instructional direction and a graphic that depicts the activity. I'VE GOT BINGO!!! Are you looking for a great way to truly engage your students in a fun-filled, warm up, brain break or PE fitness activity? The Fitness Bingo packet provides you with a fun and organized movement-based activity that your students will absolutely love!!! The Fitness Bingo packet comes with 30 different Fitness Bingo Cards, a Teacher’s Bingo Call Sheet, a Win Pattern Guide and a Bingo Marker Copy Sheet. Once the Fitness Bingo Cards are copied and laminated, they can be used for multiple classes throughout the school year. This activity WORKS and your students will ask for it over and over again! Teachers lead the activity by calling out fitness exercises listed on their call sheets. Students that have the exercise listed on their Fitness Bingo cards perform the exercise (for a set time or number of reps) and mark their cards.
