Need a fun activity for reviewing time signatures? Look no further! Your students will enjoy hunting for rhythm eggs to match the corresponding time signatures.
Two suggestions for play:
Team Relays: Using the large eggs for each group, teams race to place the rhythm eggs under the correct time signature. First team to complete the race wins!
Scavenger Hunt: Strategically hide rhythm eggs around the room. Students use chart to “hunt” for eggs and write each rhythm under the correct time signature egg. Use a time limit for the hunt and student(s) with most correct rhythms will win!
If these two options don’t work for your students, feel free to create your own ideas!
