Included is a html file which holds the code for a sound meter, functionality can
Are you still using a timer or stopwatch to help with behaviour management? Why not automate the entire process instead?
Functions:
Measures the loudness of audio from your device and registers the loudness according to: silent, quiet, talking and shouting.
The meter will continue measuring even if the programme is minimised.
A quietness meter can be toggled on/off to display score of the quietness visually. Scales of the quietness bar can be customised to suit classes.
The values of duration at each loudness level can be reset if needed and recording of audio can be paused.
Sensitivity of the meter can be changed as needed, reference values for each category is displayed.
Seating arrangement below can be quickly setup by dragging and dropping the shapes above into the grid.
Fixing the tables in the grid allows for pupils (represented by circles in each table) to be clicked and cycle through colours: green, amber and red.
Colours can be used to highlight where key individuals are present in the class.
Tables and colours can be reset as needed.
The audio is not stored, only the loudness is measured and reported into the table for the duration.
The programme is not able to store any audio files for later use.
A fantastic ‘in class’ behaviour management tool that is easy to implement and encourages children to take on responsibility.
3x differently designed Lead Learner badges to be placed on a lanyard and 2x posters to explain the different ways Lead Learners can be used in class.

This is not just any old countdown timer. It is a video that has professional quality sound designed climactic audio alongside fun number images, each one complete with mathematical information to aid the learning of number facts.
This 10 second countdown timer enables teachers and other adults the chance to make any task completion into a fun game. See if your class can complete whatever task it is before the timer gets to zero and the alarm sounds!
Give the first child or house (red, green etc) a reward for being the first to finish! Or even better the last house or child ready loses a point/merit if you are in the mood for making this game seriously fun and addictive for your class!
Some Possible Uses
Once your class gets used to it they will know that the timer means to stop what they are doing and silently sit still at zero, but you must heavily praise and reward compliance when you introduce it.
• Get your class to put away their books and sit arms folded in silence ready for the next lesson to begin.
• Get your class to finish tidying up after a messy creative lesson.
• Time for the class to finish their sentence they are writing and put their pencil down and fold their arms in silence.
• Time to carefully come down and sit on the floor or carpeted area to learn from the interactive whiteboard or hear a story.
• Time to line up for assembly.
• The last ten seconds of changing for P.E
• Use it to signify the end of silent reading – you won’t even need to speak!
• Use it as a quick time for a mini partner based discussion.

Behaviour Management Plan – Editable & Practical Tool for EYFS and Primary Settings
This editable Behaviour Management Plan is a supportive, easy-to-use tool designed to help educators take a consistent, thoughtful approach to understanding and responding to challenging behaviours in young children.
Ideal for nursery and school settings, especially where multiple staff or cover teachers are involved, this plan ensures that everyone working with the child has a clear, shared understanding of the strategies in place. It allows teachers to reflect on key factors that may influence behaviour, set clear goals, and implement consistent techniques that align with the child’s individual needs.
The template provides structured sections for practitioners to record observations, outline support strategies, and work collaboratively with families, making it a valuable document for planning and review meetings.
Whether used by key workers, SENCOs, or senior leaders, this plan promotes clarity, continuity, and a child-centred approach to behaviour support. It’s a practical resource for fostering consistency across the team and ensuring that all adults are working together with a unified approach.

Students receive instant feedback on aspects like, behaviour, attitude to learning, punctuality etc via a student score which is reflected instantly on the live league table. Students can achieve bonus scores by gaining a reward in the classroom but can also lose scores by doing something unwanted within the classroom.
Students and teachers love this as it brings out the students competitive edge. The tool is designed to allow for houses to be assigned to your students which in turn allows for houses to compete against each other. You can also send reports home to parents at the touch of a button.
A student’s position on the live league table is determined by how each student is preforming based on the 4 different criteria which you choose. Watch the video for a more in depth understanding of how this tool can transform your students performance in your class.

A behaviour contract (or behavior contract for the US teachers) can be a powerful tool for improving unacceptable student behavior. When a student acknowledges their behaviours and the impact on learning for themselves and others, it can lead to massive change.
This PDF contract is designed to be talked through with the student, with them having an input on the steps they can take to change their behavior. Having the consequences written will help the student focus on improvement. Ideally the student, teacher and parent/guardian should sign the contract.
There are two different versions included and both versions are available with US and UK spellings.
A wonderful tool to aid dealing with disputes between pupils.
I created this resource to solve an ongoing problem between two students who were antagonising each other where there was no clear culprit or victim.
The resource consists of a a fill in sheet to give to the students and then a poster to aid talking as you mediate between the students.
The students learn:
* To express their feelings to each other
* Empathise
* Problem solve together
* Independently resolve conflicts
The children also quickly learn, if used each time a problem arises, that they’d rather not miss their break time sat talking issues through and so they begin to avoid creating the problems in the first place. Works great for making the attention craving children who stir up trouble to stop and think!
