This is one of a serious of beginners German lessons with focus on numbers 10+. The lesson builds on previous knowledge of numbers 1-10 and starts with deducing further numbers. It then looks at the formation of numbers 11-19. After practising the phoneme /j/ and teaching how to talk about one's age, students are led to work on a little conversation similarly to the model on the last page.
