End of term puzzle Stimmt 1 unit 3 Zeit fur Freizeit

End of term puzzle Stimmt 1 unit 3 Zeit fur Freizeit

This is a tarsia puzzle to practise vocab from chapter 3 in Stimmt 1 (hobbies and sport) A tarsia consists of puzzle pieces that the students cut out and then match words to form a certain shape (ideally students don’t know what shape that is). They will quickly realise their mistakes if the puzzle won’t fit together. Great activity for Friday afternoons, cover lessons or end of term. This download includes: sheets for students with jumbled up puzzle pieces, an answer sheet for the teacher in list form and one showing the shape. If the print quality of the student slide isn’t good enough, use the attached pdf file.

new GCSE style photo card - Technology and Social Media - German

new GCSE style photo card - Technology and Social Media - German

In this file there are 5 photo cards on Technology and Social Media, based on the new AQA German GCSE. These could be used as a speaking assessment or revision between pupils. Each page has a teacher and a student version of the photo card on it. The student version only shows the first three questions and the teacher one has an additional two. The first question on each photo card prompts the student to describe the photo, and there is always one question where the student has to give an opinion. Furthermore, there is also always at least one question in another tense. I am also selling photo card resources on other topics.

Paired translations Media - tv, computer

Paired translations Media - tv, computer

Students work in pairs and have ten sentences per sheet (four sheets in this resource) to translate either German to English or English to German - their partner has the correct translation and can guide them. The idea is that they do either the top or bottom ten sentences and the other ten are to check on their partner. (Hope this makes sense)
