How It Works
If you want to multiply 8 x 6, look for 8 on the left side and 6 on the top. Move your finger, pencil, or just your eyes, along the 8 row for 6 spaces. You are now in only the place where the 8 row and the 6 column meet. 8 x 6 = 46 and that is the square you are on.
