Easy to access EHCP front sheet including objectives and provision

Easy to access EHCP front sheet including objectives and provision

This is a sheet that I have created to summarise all of the information found in an EHCP document. I type the objectives and dos and don'ts onto the first sheet and then on the second sheet is a timetable for the week that allows you to map out provision. This has been very useful for holding teachers to account in ensuring that EHCP objectives are being worked towards and allows easy monitoring of progress towards achievement.

It was designed for Secondary students with special needs, but can be easily used for all students. It is an age appropriate Money Math activity for secondary students, where they are motivated to purchase their favourite music. I have included a word document, to help you change the music for your students tastes.
