Found Treasures: Aztec Inca Maya ClipArt-50 Pieces!

Found Treasures "Aztec, Inca, and Maya" Clip-Art features a beautiful collection of restored, edited, and reformatted public domain images (now!) fit for classroom and product use! These incredible images are inspired by ancient peoples, and in some cases, by the ancients themselves! Enjoy a set of worry-free* selection of 50 images that have been through a variety of digital restoration and reformatting to make them perfect for projects and presentations! *No restrictions for United States sellers only. Status in other countries is unknown. Check your country's public domain laws if you live in another country. Images are from the 1930s and older (including ancient). Set Information: This set includes images that range from 1" to 8" in color, grayscale, and B/W. Due the nature of the images, most clip-art pieces are available in only one version. Images are drawn, painted, or photographs. Some images are taken from ancient sources, others from academic. All images are 300 dpi, png. Themes: This set showcases a variety of themes including but not limited to architecture, designs, mummies, idols, artifacts, tools, pottery, calendars, and more! Background: While viewing public domain images for references, I found myself in awe of the beauty, precision, and uniqueness of these spectacular images. It seemed to be a shame that many of these timeless images would go unseen when they had so much to offer students and teachers. While there were many fantastic pictures available, most needed a variety of edits and touch-up work to be suited for reuse. I decided it would be worthwhile to restore and share my "Found Treasures" in a format that would be better suited for projects .

Need a fun way to introduce Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to upper elementary or middle school students? This great lesson lets students learn the basics of Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) as they create pixel art using the program. First, they'll create a quick pixel art from a given example and then they'll create their own! These are also fun lessons to use if you just need something for a one day lesson. Perfect for the beginning of the school year too. This is the SECOND volume in the series with 8 brand new, exciting pixel art projects for your students to create, plus two new samples for the lessons. The projects vary in difficulty so that every student can be challenged and successful. I've used this with 7th and 8th graders who used their free time to create even more art! I hope your students have as much fun as mine did learning Excel or Google Sheets!
