This PPT shows images and definitions of the three main cloud types. Students then place tri-fold note outline/booklet (study guide) into their notebooks. After viewing PPT, students make their own model of clouds using cotton balls, construction paper, liquid glue and chalk. For the Cirrus clouds (top clouds) use 1/2 a cotton ball pulled apart lightly. Cumulus are 4 or 5 cotton balls clumped together. Stratus is one cotton ball rolled out.
