Developing a single equality policy for your school: a CSIE guide

Published by CSIE in 2010, shortly before the Equality Act 2010 came into force, this guide offers a step-by-step guide for writing and reviewing your school's equality policy. Written with and for busy school practitioners, the guide remains relevant to today's legal context. Over and above offering help to complete a paper exercise, the guide invites school staff to explore their perspectives, articulate their commitment to equality and develop a safe, rich and positive learning environment.
